Downtown Los Angeles Couple Portraits

Downtown sessions are so much fun, and shooting with couples is easily my favorite! I was so excited to shoot with Jalen and Olivia to capture these “city love story” photos. I love the range of backgrounds we can choose from, depending on what side of the city you’re on. We spent the morning doing this quick session & running around to a couple different spots in DTLA.

Olivia and Jalen are actually from around the same area as I am in Indiana and actually “met” officially in Los Angeles after they both left home to follow their dreams!

I knew of Olivia from her modelling before she came out to Los Angeles! Now she’s a dual-city fashion model in Los Angeles and Indianapolis as well as co-owner of a holistic skincare brand Redefined with her partner/ co-founder Alexa Mahbeer! You can find Olivia on Instagram here: @oliviaromannn.
