Topanga Beach Couple Portraits

I absolutely love shooting at the beach, especially when my clients are wanting the pink, warm sunset vibes!! Mel and Arvin were so much fun to work with and I personally can’t get over the bold colors and love that was captured in this session! I was so thankful that Mel mixed in some bright colors in their session. Your wardrobe makes such an impact on the final outcome of your photos and adding a bright, colorful mix that merges well is critical.

We shot these photos around sunset near Malibu and Santa Monica! I love the range of coastlines that we get from Newport to Malibu, but this one is my personal favorite. The way the rocks breaks the waves before they hit the shore provides us a beautiful rocky scenery and makes such unique crashing and crackling sounds.
